Introducing the Focus Points™ Journal
Share
What started as a personal struggle turned into a powerful solution.
Like so many people, I had tried journaling more times than I could count - each time hoping it would finally stick. But between inconsistent routines, forgotten notebooks, and the mental fatigue of everyday life, it just never lasted. And for those of us with ADHD tendencies, the challenge is even greater: routines feel like cages, rewards are delayed, and motivation comes in waves.
That’s why we created the Focus Points™ Journal.
This isn’t just another planner or productivity tool. It's a daily reflection system built around structure, reward, and real-world science. At its core is a simple but powerful idea: if we make the small wins feel like actual wins, we’re more likely to keep going. Each day, you complete intentional actions and earn points. Each week, you reward yourself with something meaningful. And over time, those little decisions add up.
While it was designed with ADHD in mind, it’s built for anyone who has ever struggled to stay consistent- whether that’s with journaling, habits, or even just keeping their days on track.
Our goal with Focus Points is to help people create a system they can actually stick to. A system that motivates without overwhelming, that makes progress visible, and that builds self-trust one check mark at a time.
This journal is for you, your past self, and your future self. It’s for the people who’ve tried everything else. It’s for those who want to build something better—but just needed the right tool.
We’re just getting started, and we’re so glad you’re here.
